Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. This will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and the size/weight of the item.

Domestic Shipping

International Shipping

  • International shipping may be available upon request. Please contact us directly at sprouttosummit@gmail.com for a quote.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

Artwork Packaging

  • All artwork is carefully wrapped, padded, and shipped in secure, protective packaging.

  • Framed or delicate works may be crated or require special handling. We will contact you if additional steps are needed.

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days.

  • Expedited shipping is available for most items and will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • If you do not receive tracking details within 7 business days of your order, please contact us.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, refund, or insurance claim, as appropriate.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please notify us so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.

Local Pickup

  • If you are in the Denver area, local pickup may be available at our gallery. Please select “Local Pickup” at checkout or contact us to arrange a time.
